Who says there isn’t anything worth watching on TV?

It’s evident the networks haven’t abandoned the SDCC crowd, based on the line-up of new shows scheduled for summer and fall. This, on top of the shows returning to the airwaves in 2011, will undoubtedly give our DVRs a workout.

Hello SDCC Blog readers!

My name is Jeremy, and I’ll be helping out with the site, providing con coverage leading up to and through the big weekend.

Last year was my first SDCC, and as a reader I used this blog to help me prepare and plan for the weekend’s events. I got so much out of the site I asked to help out this year!

There can be only one…

Whether you’ve attended a local Wizard con, or even the bigger cons like C2E2 in Chicago or New York Comic Con, you’ll never experience anything as awesome as San Diego Comic Con. Take even your most inflated expectations, multiply them by 100, and you’re still just a fraction of what you’ll find yourself a part of during the weekend.

The weekend moves way too fast, so you too have to be prepared to move fast to keep up. That’s where I’m here to help. Over the next few weeks I’ll be writing a series of posts here to pass along what I learned last year. Whether this is your first trip or your tenth, I hope you get some useful tips out of them!

2011 is another huge year for new shows at SDCC as all the networks are expected to bring a handful of their upcoming programming to show off and get the buzz going. Which of the new shows will be filling the convention center is the big question though, and I attempt to answer it after the break.
