Quantum Mechanix returns to San Diego Comic-Con this year at Booth #4145 – and they’re bringing a lot more than just those Star Trek exclusives we showed you the other day.
Here’s a look at this year’s exclusives:
Aquaman & Cthulhu Q-Fig Max Figure ($49.95): Aquaman is using his telepathic ability to communicate with all aquatic life to partner with the greatest of the Great Old Ones, Cthulhu. They’re out to demonstrate that talking to fish is not a lame superpower. This SDCC Exclusive is the first Q-Fig Max Figure, featuring extra-large dioramas about twice the size and complexity of a standard Q-Fig.
Firefly Keep Flying Challenge Coin (2016) ($9.95): The Comic-Con Exclusive Keep Flying Challenge Coin is cast in solid metal and features an intricately detailed view of Serenity in relief. The flip side displays the colorful Independents Army symbol bordered by the remembrance, “Never forget Serenity Valley.” Help keep those purple bellies at bay with this challenge coin – a must-have for any Browncoat.
Suicide Squad Joker Lapel Pin ($9.95): Join up with the worst heroes ever with this Comic-Con exclusive lapel pin, featuring the Joker’s official logo from the hotly anticipated blockbuster, Suicide Squad.
And here’s a look at this year’s debuts, which will be heading to the convention before getting regular retail releases:
Harley Quinn Daddy’s Lil Monster Necklace ($19.95): It’s a fashion statement from psychotic super-villain/hero Harley Quinn: QMx has taken the artwork from Harley’s smudged T-shirt seen in the upcoming movie Suicide Squad and created a gleaming necklace. The landmark is shown under the stars with the official Star Trek 50th Anniversary logo to the right. The legend reads: Starfleet Academy, Ex Astris, Scientia (From the stars, knowledge). It’s a perfect form of ID for Federation members and a great piece to display in your special Star Trek collection.

Star Trek: TOS Kirk and Spock 1:6 Scale Articulated Figures ($199.95): QMx is celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Star Trek: The Original Series with the Comic-Con debut of Captain James T. Kirk and Spock in the QMx Master Series of 1:6-scale articulated figures. Kirk and Spock feature authentic uniforms with simulated leather boots and detailed 23rd century accessories, including phasers, communicators, Spock’s tricorder and Kirk’s clipboard. Exclusive editions are also available: The Captain Kirk exclusive is equipped with a vintage-style 1:6-scale phaser rifle. The Spock exclusive figure comes with his Vulcan lute.
