Sanrio is launching a new brand, called hello sanrio, at San Diego Comic-Con this year. Stop by Booth #4737 to pick up the first hello sanrio product: a limited edition collection of five mini plushes tucked inside a clear vinyl tote bag. The set features Hello Kitty, Chococat, My Melody, Keroppi, and Pompompurin. And, a designer from Sanrio’s Tokyo headquarters will be on hand to draw Sanrio characters for a select number of fans each day.
No word yet on pricing, or a look at the exclusive. But, you can purchase any Gudetama limited edition item and meet Eimi “Amy” Nagashima, the creator of Gudetama and Designer from Sanrio Tokyo, or you can purchase any hello sanrio limited edition item from the Sanrio booth to meet Wakako Nasu, Designer from Sanrio Tokyo.
Sanrio will also have the previously announced Hello Kitty Cafe food truck at the Petco Interactive Zone, where they’ll be serving up a hello sanrio macaron set with limited quantities each day. Here’s a look at some of the other treats available:
