Now, we know it will be stopping in San Diego from July 11, taking over the Bayside Kitchen and Bar (2137 Pacific Highway), and in town through Comic-Con.\nFans can step into a 1970s Malibu daydream with a retro-glam vibe. The café will be decked out in bright colors, laid-back beach motifs, and plenty of iconic photo ops, including a life-size Barbie Box. Each 90-minute reservation includes seated dining and access to the Barbie x Impala Skate Rink, where you can skate for just $1 — with proceeds going to the American Red Cross.\nCreated by Mattel and Bucket Listers, the Malibu Barbie Café will feature a delicious menu crafted by Master Chef finalist Becky Brown, offering twists on California classics alongside sweet treats and themed drinks. You can also shop exclusive merch and pose your heart out in the Barbie-fied setting.\nTickets start at $25.15 and are available now, which includes a 90-minute experience, $10 food credit, and $5 merch credit.\n\n\n
