The event is set for Saturday, July 18 at 7:30pm, just days ahead of San Diego Comic-Con 2026 — and with the venue located just behind the San Diego Convention Center, it’s the perfect, family-fun way to kick off the convention.\nThe film follows Hiccup and Toothless as they discover a hidden ice cave filled with wild dragons and encounter a mysterious Dragon Rider, setting the stage for an epic battle to protect the future of both dragons and humans.\nThe concert will present the film in HD while composer John Powell’s sweeping score is performed live to picture by the San Diego Symphony Orchestra.
