BOOM! Studios, which is also a sponsor on this year’s Enchantment Under The SDCC reader party, announced its Comic-Con exclusives earlier today.
In addition to the return of the Get-A-Sketch covers available throughout the weekend, the publisher is bringing several limited edition variant comics from Cartoon Network, 20th Century Fox, Peanuts, Lumberjanes and others. It also is bringing limited hardcover editions of Archaia’s HACKTIVIST, Marceline and the Scream Queens, Adventure Time, and Six-Gun Gorilla. Lastly, the publisher will have available a preview edition of Jim Henson’s The Musical Monsters of Turkey Hollow, an unproduced 1968 Thanksgiving television special brought to life by artist Roger Langridge.
For attendees new or old, we think the Get-A-Sketch covers are some of the best variants available at Comic-Con. Not only do you get a sweet SDCC exclusive, you also get a custom cover drawn by the artists of the comics themselves, and for a reasonable price.
Check out the gallery of all the BOOM! exclusives, and read the press release following for more details on availability and price. You can purchase these exclusives at the BOOM! booth, #2229.
