With today’s thirteenth (but not final!) San Deigo Comic-Con Special Guest announcement, that brings the total number of Special Guests up to over 60. As with every year though, these definitely won’t be the only panelists in attendance. No, we’re just getting started — as typically in May, panel confirmations begin going out, and we start getting a much fuller picture of the convention.
From the official Toucan Blog, here’s the latest reveal of Special Guests headed to SDCC:
- Jackson (Butch) Guice, artist, WinterWorld, Bloodshot, Ninjak
- Kevin Nowlan, artist, Jack B. Quick, Superman/Aliens
- Joe Phillips, artist, The Midsummer’s Knight, Justice League
- Hilary B. Price, writer/artist, Rhymes with Orange comic strip
- Humberto Ramos, artist, Amazing Spider-Man, Impulse, Crimson
Special guests typically receive a special “Spotlight” panel during the convention, so attendees have a chance to hear their favorite authors and artists speak live.
