[UPDATE] In addition to the Son of Zorn happenings around the Hilton Bayfront, FOX is also bringing back the Scream Queens ice cream (which can be found on Friday from 1PM-5PM at the Entertainment Weekly Con-X), and a Rocky Horror Picture Show Lip Transformation Station. Here, open Thursday 11AM-7PM, Friday and Saturday 10AM-7PM, and Sunday 10AM-4PM, attendees can stop by to have a team of professional makeup artists give them a lip transormation, with designs ranging from American Flag to Rainbow to the iconic Rocky Horror Red design. This will also be at the Bayfront Park.
[PREVIOUS] Son of Zorn isn’t just all over the Hilton Bayfront this year – he’s everything. The Hollywood Reporter has the details on a FOX offsite at Bayfront Park for the animated/live-action mash-up series, called the Mount Zephyria Mighty Rock Climb & Free Fall. Attendees can climb a three-story rock wall and make a free fall jump from the top, which will be recorded and shareable on social media.
There will also be a 10′ tall death Hawk, which fans can climb atop and ‘ride’ for an awesome photo op.
Those who share their experiences will receive an official Zorn sword and a Son of Zorn goblet from Zephyria, among other items. The cast of the series (which includes Jason Sudeikis, Johny Pemberton, and Cheryl Hines) are also expected to stop by. Additionally, keep an eye out for Zorn flyers and posters, which will feature a scanable code to access a special Facebook Messenger app chat, to get tips on how to survive the con direct from Zorn himself.
The event will be open Thursday from 11AM-7PM, Friday and Saturday from 10AM-7PM, and Sunday from 10AM-4PM.
