In news that should surprise approximately no one, it appears that The Flash will be racing back to San Diego Comic-Con this summer.
Series star Grant Gustin appeared on a podcast back in May, where Gustin was asked, “I assume you will be at Comic-Con this year?”. Gustin responded yes, and then jokingly discussed how the convention actually always falls in an inconvenient time during The Flash‘s shooting schedule.
There’s no word yet on who beyond Gustin would be making the trek down to San Diego, but last year’s panel starred Gustin, Candice Patton, Tom Cavanagh, Danielle Panabaker, Jesse L. Martin, Carlos Valdes, Keiynan Lonsdale, and Todd Helbing — so expect this year’s line-up to be similar.
The Flash is the second DC/WBTV series to be announced as heading to the convention, joining Legends of Tomorrow. We fully expect there to also be panels for the other DC/WBTV series, though, including Supergirl, Arrow, and Black Lightning.
