FOX Teams Up with Shake Shack to Feed San Diego Comic-Con Hordes a Bob’s Burger ‘Burger of the Day’

It’s an unspoken rule at San Diego Comic-Con: All the best offsites include food (and sofas, but we take what we can get).

Which is why it’s great news that FOX is partnering with Shake Shack to create a pop-up Bob’s Burgers activation, as reported by AdWeek. To celebrate the animated series’ 150th episode, FOX will be turning the Mission Valley Shake Shack (675 Camino De La Reina) into an all-day takeover on Friday, July 20.

They’ll dish up free “Burger of the Day” meals (an exclusive “Can I Have Your Slaw-tograph” burger topped with American cheese, BBQ pulled pork, pickles, jalapeno, and scallion slaw) as well as fries and a drink to the first 500 attendees.

There will be a Bob’s Burgers wrapped bus to transport you from the convention center to the Mission Valley location – which will also include Bob’s Burgers x Shake Shack branding and artwork, the opportunity to take shareable photos of yourself sitting at the Bob’s Burgers counter, and more. The bus will pick up hourly from 11AM-9PM, at the SDCC bus stop at Park & Imperial.

And, as if that wasn’t good enough, series creator Loren Bouchard will be in attendance, along with voice cast H. Jon Benjamin (Bob), Dan Mintz (Tina), Eugene Mirman (Gene), John Roberts (Linda), Kristen Schaal (Louise), and Larry Murphy (Teddy).

Here’s what the “Can I Have Your Slaw-tograph” burger of the day will look like.
