Prepare for battle.
Paramount Pictures’ Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves wants to send you to San Diego Comic-Con this year, but first, you’ll need to show off your magical powers in a fantasy world… of TikTok effects.
Now through July 12, you can submit TikTok effects based on one of three prompts:
- Design an effect that puts creators in a fantasy world.
- Design an effect that helps create a fantasy movie on TikTok.
- Design an effect that gives the creator a power-up or magic power inspired by Dungeons & Dragons.
A grand prize winner will receive a weekend from to San Diego Comic-Con (which lists the dates as Wednesday, July 20 – Friday, July 22, but we are unclear if that’s a typo), including tickets to “exclusive events hosted by Paramount Pictures”. You’ll also receive tickets to the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves film premiere, your effect featured in the Trending tab of the TikTok Effects tray, and your TikTok shared on the @TikTok and @ParamountPics TikTok accounts.
10 runners-up will also receive Dungeons & Dragons and TikTok Effect House swag packages, including a D&D Expansion Gift Set and D&D Beyond Player’s Bundle.
To submit, you can download and create your effect using Effect House, and on the submit form, select “Dungeons & Dragons Challenge” under Challenge.
