For the last few years, Collider has entertained fans at both San Diego Comic-Con and WonderCon with their “Directors on Directing” panel, which pairs some of the biggest names in the field for a deep dive into their craft. Previous panelists have included everyone from David Leitch (Deadpool 2, The Fall Guy), Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett (Abigail, Ready or Not), and Gareth Edwards (The Creator, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and Godzilla), and many more.

This year, Collider has already confirmed they’ll have two panels at San Diego Comic-Con. While we can probably expect another iteration of their “Directors on Directing” panel, up first is a new take on the same concept: “Producers on Producing”.

Collider has put together some exciting names in the industry to offer a look inside what it really takes to be a Hollywood producer. The line-up include Lorenzo di Bonaventura (Transformers, Deepwater Horizon and The New Look), Akiva Goldsman (Star Trek: Strange New Worlds,I Am Legend, and Constantine), and Roy Lee (Barbarian, The Lego Movie and the upcoming Minecraft Movie).

Collider’s Editor-in-Chief, Steve Weintraub, will be hosting the panel that promises you can “expect some surprises”. 

No word yet on location, but we’ll be very surprised if it’s not in Hall H.
