Gaming Company Supercell Making a Splash at San Diego Comic-Con 2024 with “Bathroom Battlestation”

The Finnish mobile gaming company, Supercell, is set to make a splash at San Diego Comic-Con this year for their globally popular series, Clash of Clans.

Because half of all gamers admit to playing while using the restroom, and San Diego Comic-Con’s restrooms traditionally having long waits, Supercell thinks they’ve found the perfect solution.

Friday and Saturday of the convention fans can stop by the Parking Lot at the corner of First Ave and Island Ave (450 Second Ave) to find the “Bathroom Battlestation”. Fans will discover three fully functioning toilet stalls, that will bring the game to life, with 2-in-1 raid and recharge stations so you can take a break and check out the game with free WiFi, as well as enjoy special giveaways, and more.

Supercell’s The World of Clash is a parody of the fantasy genre that tasks players to build their own village using the resources gained from attacking other players’ villages.

At the offsite, fans will find special giveaways, including branded paper, a Poo-Pourri Battle Breeze pocket sprayer, or even a copy of The Books of CLASH Volume 1. There will also be exclusive in-game rewards if you happen to use the bathroom at the right time — where you might be surprised by a special guest.

Bathroom Battlestation will also be kitted out with hilariously themed cosmetics, nodding to where players are often playing (and pooping) to share socially with other gamers in the community. Each stall will feature printed backdrops to set the stage for the Clash battleground, so fans can take a seat upon a familiar gaming throne. There will also be an outhouse photo opportunity.
