HoYoverse Heads to San Diego Comic-Con with Offsite, More for Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and More [UPDATE July 15]

HoYoVerse, a Chinese video game developer devoted to creating immersive virtual world experiences for players around the world, will be heading to San Diego Comic-Con for the first time this year.

Open-world adventure game Genshin Impact will be at Booth #5500, where fans can revisit an iconic in-game location in the real world and claim Polaroid frames and exclusive souvenirs.

Outside of the show floor, you’ll also find Genshin Impact at the Gallery at Omni San Diego Hotel (675 L Street) for the “Teyvat Fashion Show”, which will showcase developers’ concept art featuring popular characters from the game, as well as a selection of fanart featuring creative character outfits. There will also be activities, jointly provided by pixiv, Chi Forest, and XPPen, to create diverse experiences for fans.

You’ll also find additional swag, including Laser Tote Bags and Special Invitation Cards, on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can stop by daily Thursday-Saturday from 9:30am-7pm, or Sunday from 9:3pm-5pm.

Fans can find them HoYoVerse on the show floor at Booth #140, where they’ll have immersive booth experiences, exclusive merchandise, and photo opportunities for Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero. The booth will feature different areas representing various aspects of Pnacony’s landscape, the opportunity to take photos with Pom-Pom and cosplayers, and exclusive merch from the game. You can also pick up the exclusive BAIT x Honkai: Star Rail collection, which will be released exclusively at the con and be available at both Booth #140 and the BAIT booths.

The booth will also feature Zenless Zone Zero, the anticipated urban fantasy ARPG. Attendees will step into the shoes of Proxies, to try out “thrilling combat” and win exclusive merchandise and in-game rewards by accomplishing commissions, both in-game and onsite during the con. There will also be a giant statue of Ben Bigger and a Cunning Hares Itasha. Fans will also find a photo op with cosplayers along the Signal Search interface.

Additionally, the Booth #140 will offer event rewards for those who participate at the booth, including character keychains, giant totebags, Pom-Pom balloons, and HSR passports.
