Improvisation and sketch comedy theatre group The Groundlings have been entertaining audiences for 50 years, and to celebrate, they’re heading to San Diego Comic-Con.
The group’s alumni includes some of the biggest names ever in comedy, with countless Saturday Night Live and MadTV cast members among its roster.
You can join them on Thursday, July 25 at 3pm for a panel in Indigo Ballroom to hear from famous alumni founders and current members as they look back on the group’s 50 years legacy.
The panelists include:
- Phil LaMarr – MadTV, Samurai Jack, Green Lantern in the DC Animated Universe
- Laraine Newman – Original cast member of Saturday Night Live
- Jeremy Rowley – Bless the Harts, iCarly
- Emily Pendergast – Veep, Out of Office, The Conners, Miracle Workers
- Tru Valentino – The Rookie, Spidey and His Amazing Friends
- Patty Guggenheim – Madisynn in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law
- Matt Cook – Man with a Plan
