Your favorite Mandalorian Bounty Hunter is coming to Comic-Con, in a never-before-seen way. Toy News International has the details on the JAKKS Pacific Boba Fett that was first teased back at Star Wars Celebration Anaheim.
Boba Fett’s first true appearance was actually as a member of the Star Wars delegation in the San Anselmo County Fair on September 24, 1978. In the parade, assistant film editor Duwayne Dunham wore the Boba Fett armor, which featured several noticeable differences from what would later wind up on film, including the brightly colored blue jump suit, yellow and red armor highlights, and “tribal marks” on the helmet.
JAKKS Pacific is offering an articulated action figure of the First Appearance Boba Fett for the first time ever, and it will be available to Comic-Con attendees for $50 at the Lucasfilm Pavilion in the JAKKS area, where you can also pick up a Star Wars action figure art card with photography by Stephen Hayford.
Will you be picking up the First Appearance Boba Fett? Let usknow in the comments.
