XLE Productions Returns to San Diego Comic-Con with Fan-Favorite Events [UPDATE May 9]

XLE Productions is always putting fans first at San Diego Comic-Con with their popular (and award-winning!) fan parties, from Ready Party One to the Malibu Dream Experience to Nostalgia Nightclub. XLE’s parties are so popular that last year they won our own Shruggie Award for Best Party of 2023, beating out the likes of Fandom, Funko Fundays, and more.

This year, they’re back with more after-hours, innovative themed nightlife offerings for fans at San Diego Comic-Con. Get excited for three nights (and three new themes) at Parq Nightclub.

[UPDATE May 9]

Witness me! Strap in, because the final night’s theme has been revealed, and fans can get ready to witness the PartyPocalypse on Friday of San Diego Comic-Con. Beginning at 8pm on Friday, July 26, you can join XLE Entertainment for a (max)travaganza. Parq Nightclub will be transformed into a wasteland oasis with rugged decor inspired by the desolate landscapes of Fallout, The Last of Us, and Mad Max. The fun revs up with a maze of themed zones, including makeshift shelters and rusted vehicles, and XLE has an action-packed entertainment schedule for the evening including DJ D-SYFER-IT. You can also see the debut of “Wasteland War Boys”, an industrial/metal project by members of The Flux Capacitors featuring celebrity guests singing in the project.

There will again be a VIP option, which includes an exclusive entry point, Hallmark gift, commemorative acrylic VIP badge, access to the Villains VIP Lair, and more.

Tickets are available now for:

  • General Admission – $35 for Early Bird (first 200 sold or by July 1, whichever comes first) or $50 afterwards
  • VIP – Includes exclusive entry point, commemorative acrylic VIP badge, access to the Villains VIP Lair, and more surprises to come – $100 for Early Bird (first 75 sold or by July 1, whichever comes first) or $150 afterwards
  • VIP Table: Dance Floor – $300 ($750 minimum on-site)

[UPDATE May 8]

Thursday night, XLE takes over Parq Nightclub and transforms it into the Anti-Hero After Party, where “the line between hero and villain blurs into a kaleidoscope of chaotic charisma”. Come celebrate all your favorite antiheroes in a themed party that kicks off at 8pm. The evening will feature the band For the Girls, as well as DJ Eliot.

Just like with the Wednesday night party, there will also be a VIP option, which includes exclusive entry point, Hallmark gift, commemorative acrylic VIP badge, access to the Villain’s VIP Lair, and more surprises.

[UPDATE May 7]

Get ready to step into a fantasy realm, as the theme for this year’s XLE Ready Party One kickoff event has been revealed. You can join XLE on Wednesday, July 24 for “Legends of Fantasy”, an enchanted evening inspired by your favorite 80’s fantasy films, with “a dance floor set in the ruins of a castle”, and more. There will be live entertainment from The Flux Capacitors, as well as “guest performers” and DJ Elliot.

For those looking for a more exclusive experience, the VIP Villains Lair will feature sets from Atomic Blonde, special burlesque performances from Fannie Sinclair, and a special photo op just for VIP guests.

The event is 21+.

[PREVIOUS]

They’ll also have themed nights on Thursday, July 25, and Friday, July 26, with themes still to be revealed next week. Be sure to stay tuned to our site for details on Early Bird tickets and theme reveals.

XLE’s parties are known for their fun photo-ops for fans and immersive decor, focused around your favorite films, comics, and more, that go beyond “the usual pop-up banners and decorative lighting”.
