Mattel Announces ‘After Party’ Online Sale for Comic-Con Exclusives [UDPATE August 1]

If you couldn’t make it to San Diego Comic-Con, or weren’t able to grab some of your favorite exclusives from the show floor, you may not have to turn to Ebay just yet. Many companies have turned to offering their leftover Comic-Con exclusives online after the show is over. Whether you believe that takes away from the “exclusive” aspect of it or not, it does give some fans a second (or third, or fourth) chance to grab what they missed out on.

Mattel has just announced that it will be offering a limited amount of SDCC exclusives to fans in a special “After Party” online sale, starting on Monday, August 4, for Early Access members. Whatever doesn’t sell out will then be open to all access sales on Tuesday, August 5. Once we have exact times, we’ll update.

[UPDATE July 29] Mattel has announced the exact on sale times:

Early Access: Monday, 8/4 from 8 a.m. PT to Tuesday, 8/5 at 8 a.m. PT (subscribers only)
All Access: Tuesday, 8/5 at 9 a.m. PT (everyone)
Ends: Monday, 8/11 11:59 p.m. PT

So just what will be included in the sale? Here’s a look at those exclusives:

[UPDATE August 1] Mattel has added two exclusives to their After-Party sale: the Batman Arkham Knight Batmobile ($85) and the DCU Classics Doomsday ($35). Both items, like the others in the sale, will go on sale on Monday at 8AM PT for Early Access, and if still available, will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday at 9AM PT.

[PREVIOUS] Mattel will be offering DC Comics Total Heroes™ Ultra Cyborg ($25), Monster High® Manny Taur™ & Iris Clops™ ($40), Turbo Charged Max Steel® w/Weaponized Steel ($20), and MOTUC Hordak® with Imp ($30).

Sold out are the Darth Vader die-cast car, Masters of the Universe Goat Man, Ever After High Cerise Wolf, Hot Wheels The Homer car, Hot Wheels Aston Martin James Bond car, DCU Classics Doomsday, Batman Arkham Knight Batmobile, and the Disney-Pixar Cars Neon Racers Gift Pack. You can find information about all of those exclusives in our guide to Mattel’s 2014 Comic-Con exclusives.

Will you be trying to grab any of these in the “After Party” sale?
