On Friday, when the WonderCon Anaheim 2017 panel schedule was released, the biggest news – and the biggest question mark – was Saturday’s Warner Bros. Pictures panel (scheduled for 4:30PM-6PM).
The panel description was the dreaded TBA, promising only “a sneak peek at upcoming films from Warner Bros., New Line, and DC Entertainment Films, with special guests TBA”.
While there are plenty of films that could fill that spot, we just got our first news of what one of those panels will presumably be: Wonder Woman. A billboard featuring an image for the film, with the words “Wonder Con” written on it, went up in downtown Anaheim. First spotted by Twitter user @Mando_Mouse, here’s a look at the billboard:

There’s really no reason why Warner Bros. would put that wording and image on a billboard if they weren’t going to be part of Saturday’s panel, but it’s not completely official they’ll be attending. There’s also no word yet on who from the star-studded DC film will be in attendance, but with a cast that includes Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, and Danny Huston – there’s plenty of Comic-Con friendly faces to choose from.
The 90 minute panel should be enough to promote another one to two films though, which could potentially be anything from King Arthur: Legend of the Sword with Charlie Hunnam (which seems the most likely), to the horror flick Annabelle 2, to the remake of It, to The Lego Ninjago Movie, to even something a little bit more out there like Geostorm or Going in Style.
