Cryptozoic Entertainment kicked off San Diego Comic-Con exclusives season this year with their amazing Golden Goddess DC Comics Bombshells, but that’s not all they’re bringing to the con. You can find them at Booth #115.
Let’s take a look at this year’s exclusives:
[UPDATE #2 July 12]
Outlander fans are thrilled that the popular STARZ series is making its triumphant return to SDCC this year. The folks at Cryptozoic are fans, too, so they are giving out free exclusive Outlander promo cards at Booth #115. To get ready for their release of their Outlander Season 2 Trading Cards on August 9, fans can also purchase their exclusive SDCC Outlander two-card Preview Set. Each set will include also a third card—a rare promo card—as a bonus.
[UPDATE July 12]
While not exclusives, Cryptozoic will be debuting their new Series 2 of both DC Bombshells and DC Lil Bombshells at the convention. For the 7″ vinyls, the series includes Supergirl, Poison Ivy, and Batwoman – and for the 2.75″ variety, you can snag Supergirl, Batgirl, Lois Lane, Zatanna, Killer Frost, Huntress, Bumblee, and Cheetah. There are also two rare “Noir” variants.
[UPDATE July 7]
Cryptozoic will be debuting their new line of Street Fighter Knockouts and Street Fighter Lil Knockouts.
The 7″ Street Fighter Knockouts feature Chun-Li, Cammy, and Sakura – and will retail for $29.99 each. Meanwhile, the 2.75″ Street Fighter Lil Knockouts series 1 includes yu, Chun-Li, Cammy, Ken, Blanka, Guile, Sakura, M. Bison, Zangief, and Akuma – as well as two rare variant chase figures. The blind bag figures will retail for $9.99 each.
Best of all, Street Fighter producer Yoshinori Oni will be signing and giveaway figures at Cryptozoic’s Booth on Friday, July 21 from 3PM-4PM.
[UPDATE June 27]
While it seems likely that Orphan Black won’t be making it to San Diego Comic-Con this year (they did say last year was their last appearance, after all!) — you and your seestras can still celebrate the Clone Club with Cryptozoic’s latest San Diego Comic-Con exclusive. They’ll be bringing a series of SDCC exclusive Orphan Black Trading Cards Season 2 and Season 3 Premium Packs. Each Premium Pack contains three authentic Autograph Cards from a season two or season three cast member, as well as one chase card.
Each pack will retail for $50 — and you can pre-order them on Cryptozoic’s site, beginning July 6 at 10AM PT.
[UPDATE May 30]
Have you ever danced with the devil in the moonlight? Cryptozoic’s third San Diego Comic-Con exclusive is getting a little bloody, with their SDCC exclusive DC’s The Joker Calling Card Statue – “Bloody Noir” Edition.
The 7″ polyresin statue features the villain’s iconic gloved hand splattered with blood, and comes with four interchangeable Joker cards, as well as an exclusive variant exclusive promo card.
Each figure is hand-numbered from 1 to 200 and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, making it one of the most limited statues from Cryptozoic ever, and will retail for $100.
Just like the other Cryptozoic exclusives, you’ll be able to pre-order the item, starting on June 6 at 10AM PT on their site. You’ll be able to pick-up on-site at their booth during the con – or if you’re shut out in the pre-sale, they’ll be saving some figured for on-site sales.
[UPDATEApril 25]
It’s a big year for Harley Quinn as she celebrates her 25th anniversary in 2017, and Cryptozoic is celebrating by going a little crazy (in a good way).
We’ve got the exclusive details on Cryptozoic’s second San Diego Comic-Con exclusive: the Metallic Red 25th Anniversary Harley Quinn Lil DC Bombshells Figure. Cryptozoic’s regular DC Lil Bombshells Harley Quinn figure is re-imagined here in a variant, solid red with a metallic finish, and each piece is stamped with a “Harley Quinn” 25 logo on the base to help commemorate the occasion. Each figure will also be individually hand-numbered from 1 to 500 (the lowest run Lil’ DC Bombshells figure ever produced!), and will retail for $25.
Similar to the Golden Goddesses, Metallic Red Harley will be available in limited quantities in a pre-sale starting May 5 at 10AM (and we’ve been assured the kinks from the last pre-sale have been worked out). You’ll be able to pick-up on-site at their booth during the con – or if you’re shut out in the pre-sale, they’ll be saving some figured for on-site sales.
[UPDATE April 3]
Now that WonderCon is behind us, it’s time to turn our full attention to San Diego Comic-Con — and with badge and hotel sales happening so late this year, it can be easy to forget just how close the convention really is. So close, in fact, that we’ll get our first San Diego Comic-Con exclusive pre-sale this week, courtesy of Cryptzoic Entertainment.
Cryptozoic will be offering 7″ SDCC exclusive DC Comics Bombshells, the Golden Goddess Series. There are three vinyl figures in the series, including Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman, and Catwoman. Each figure is limited to 250 pieces, and will retail for $40 each, or $100 for all three.
You’re be able to get your hands on all three right now on Cryptozoic’s website, for pick-up at the convention. A $25 deposit is required, and you’ll pay the additional $75 (plus California sales tax) at Booth #115 on Thursday-Sunday 10AM-4PM when you come by to pick them up. [UPDATE] These are now sold out. You can still pick up one of the remaining 200 sets at San Diego Comic-Con, available Thursday-Sunday (but not Preview Night) at their booth..
Here’s a look at the figures:
