It’s not just 30 days to San Diego Comic-Con 2018 — and we have a jam-packed edition of Under the Tents for you today, full of amazing art you’ll find at the convention (we dig Brian Kesinger’s SDCC themed tiki coasters!), booth details, and word about the recently-saved Lucifer.

Here’s a look at the news you might have missed:

  • Jim Yung Kim posted on Instagram an image of some art he will be bringing to SDCC Artist Alley CC-08. It looks like an interesting alternate take on The Incredibles. He also recently posted these kawaii Neon Genesis Evangelion stickers he will be bringing. Commissions are open and he can be contacted via Instagram.

  • Artist and author Bill Sienkiewicz took to Twitter to show off a preview of his new, larger and fancier booth and gallery space for Comic-Con.

  • Jerome Lu of Hyperactive Monkey will be bringing his latest book Ninja Monkey’s Fun Day to Comic-Con in limited quantities. The book is a 16 page board book written with Daisy Chow and all purchases will come with a limited edition Ninja Monkey Nom Noms print.

  • Lucifer showrunner and writer Ildy Modrovich posted on Twitter that Lucifer will be at San Diego Comic-Con in some capacity, but not sure of details yet. The series was just saved by Netflix, after being cancelled by FOX. It may be too early/late for a full Comic-Con panel — but stay tuned for more news as we get it.

  • Tara from adorablemayhem is bringing her first SDCC 2018 exclusive to booth #4537. It is a Link hamster mashup cast in bronze and limited to eight pieces.
  • Scott’s Collectables will be exhibiting at San Diego Comic-Con with artists Lucio Parrillo and Lee Bermejo along with variant covers to be announced.
  • Hyperactive Money and Woot Bear will be doing a Comic-Con collab. It looks like stickers. Maybe more to come.
  • Peter V Nguyen aka ink4884 will be at SDCC and showed some art from a few years past to get us excited for that.
  • Pandi the Panda, one of the creations of our friends at Fat Rabbit Farm, will be at San Diego Comic-Con in some form or another and in a taco coma. We can relate.
  • TurtleBunnyCreations will not have items for sale on the floor this year, but she will have items on display in the art show. Be sure to check them out.
  • Ivy Dmuerta announced on Instagram the pre-order of the Death Dreamer Vol. 1 graphic novel by Scott Ian Lewis. They will be available to pick up and signing at the convention.
