  • We are constant advocates of taking breaks during SDCC to maximize your Comic-Con experience. Zenescope Entertainment wants to encourage SDCC attendees to go get some gelato at Gelato Paradiso, so they’ve teamed up for the second year in a row to offer three original new gelato flavors based on the company’s popular characters throughout Comic-Con weekend. Flavors include Krampus Cookie Crunch, Mad Hatter Mash-up and Skye Mathers Sorbetto. Gelato Paradiso is located at 789 W Harbor Dr. and is a short walk northwest of the San Diego Convention Center. Customers who purchase any Zenescope-themed gelato will be eligible to purchase a rare San Diego Comic Con Zenescope metal card limited to 50, while supplies last.

  • Flat Bonnie previously announced that her plushies will be available at DKE’s booth, but we now know her adorable plushies can also be found at Giant Robot’s Booth #1729. Look for her Baby BunEwok (Plush) that will melt your heart at Giant Robot for $20 each. Each plush comes with a signed and numbered hangtag and an adoption certificate. Can’t make it to SDCC? No problem; Flat Bonnie will have a limited number of Baby BunEwok plushies available on her website that you can pre-order now.
  • Marvel Studios continues to celebrate its 10th anniversary by partnering with Hyundai for their Iron Man-inspired Hyundai. Marvel’s Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada will be on hand at the Marvel Booth #2329 along with Hyundai’s VP of Styling, SangYup Lee on Thursday, July 19 at 12PM PT to display what we imagine would make the perfect addition to Tony Stank’s… er, Stark’s garage.
