It’s never too late for a round of Comic-Con news, right? And we’ve got some big news tonight, including word of a Nerdist offsite, Iron Man VR, the cast for Cobra Kai, and so much more.
Here’s a look at what you might have missed:
- Nerdist is having an offsite this year — at the Sparks Gallery (530 6th Ave), where they’ll have Nerdist Presents: Borderlands 3 Museum of Mayhem. We don’t know any other specifics yet, but it’s something!
- Stop by the Marvel Booth on Friday, July 19 to take part in a hands-on Iron Man VR signing session at 11:15AM, followed by a live Let’s Play for the game immediately following.
- Speaking of Marvel, this year’s booth activities have been revealed, and they include a cosplay photo op, a costume contest for the adults, and another costume contest for the kiddos.

- YouTube Originals is sweeping the leg at SDCC 2019. Cobra Kai is returning to SDCC with another panel on Thursday, July 18 — and now we know that panel includes original Karate Kid stars William Zabka and Ralph Macchio as well as new stars Xolo Maridueña, Mary Mouser, and Tanner Buchanan. Then, on Saturday, YouTube Originals brings Impulse to the Indigo Ballroom with series stars Sarah Desjardins, Enuka Okuma, Daniel Maslany, and showrunner Lauren LeFranc.
- Frank Gogol is bringing a Phillip Sevy SDCC exclusive variant cover for Dead End Kids #1 to Source Point Press’s Booth #2306. There are only 100 pieces, so these will go super fast.
