The IMDboat will be docking at San Diego Comic-Con again this year, for another year of celebrity interviews and coverage, parties, and more.

You can find the boat docked at Fifth Avenue Landing behind the convention center, where they’ll be hosting interviews all week long with casts from Shazam! Fury of the Gods, Prey, Teen Wolf: The Movie, For All Mankind, The Walking Dead, Paper Girls, FX’s Emmy®-nominated What We Do in the Shadows, and more (not open to the public). However, fans can watch the interviews from the public boardwalk, via the massive LED screen located on the back of the IMDboat.

Select fans will get a chance to step onto the IMDboat on Thursday, July 21 – Saturday, July 23 to unwind in the Daytime Lounge. They’ll be among the first to step into a scene and learn more about the anticipated new series from Prime Video, Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, in an exclusive photo booth. Fans will also be available to play interactive quizzes, visit the Conair salon and digital portrait station to model hairstyles from their favorite fandoms, and play trivia to win prizes from Conair, Funko, Amazon, Goodreads, Comixology, IMDb, and more.

Fans can follow IMDb social channels to learn how to be considered for access to the fan activation zone.

There will also be invite-only parties aboard the boat on Thursday, July 21 and Friday, July 22. Friday’s event will host the cast and filmmakers of A24’s Bodies Bodies Bodies, including Amandla Stenberg, Maria Bakalova, Rachel Sennott, Chase Sui Wonders, Myha’la Herrold, director Halina Reijn, industry influencers, and more.

Later that evening, A24 will host an advance screening of the film at the Theater Box in Downtown San Diego with an introduction by the director and cast. No word yet on how to attend.
