‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Invading San Diego Comic-Con 2023

We’ve already had signs that Marvel will be heading back to San Diego Comic-Con this year — from Kevin Feige saying he looked forward “to seeing you next year” at the end of last year’s mega Hall H panel, to Echo star Alaqua Cox mentioning she’d be at the convention on Saturday, July 22.

Now, we have yet another sign that Marvel will be heading back to San Diego Comic-Con this year, and just what they might be bringing. When the #WeSavedDaredevil Twitter account mentioned looking forward to seeing D’Onofrio in San Diego, D’Onofrio replied, “We will definitely be there”. It doesn’t get more clear cut than that. And if you needed more confirmation, he doubled down and confirmed a second time as well.

Daredevil: Born Again is the upcoming series set to air in early 2024, which sees the reprise of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, D’ONofrio as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, and Jon Berenethal as Frank Castle/Punisher. The 18-episode series also stars Sandrine Holt, Michael Gandolfini, Michael Gaston, and more. It started filming in January, and even with the WGA strikes, should have plenty of footage to show off for fans.

There’s no confirmation of which stars beyond D’Onofrio will be in attendance, but we’d be shocked if Cox at least didn’t make an appearance on the Hall H stage.

We’ll update as we know more.
