San Diego Comic-Con is renowned for its supersized booths, dazzling displays, and the swarms of fans they attract. Yet, the real magic of the convention is often in the smaller, more intimate spaces where independent creators showcase their work. This is the heart of the Indie Floor Tour, an initiative started by creator Don Nguyen, to support small artists and writers at the convention, and offering attendees a unique way to discover new talent (and win some free prizes too).

FREEBIES

The Indie Floor Tour for 2024 kicks off on Thursday, July 25. Attendees can collect one free promotional item (while supplies last) from vendors like Don Nguyen, Patrick Scullin, Fanbase Press, Committed Comics, Geekscape, White Ash Comics, and more when you stop by their booth and mention the Floor Tour. These creators are offering everything from game cards (at all booths), to a White Ash #1, art prints, buttons, bookmarks, trade paperbacks, and more.

DAILY GRAND PRIZES

As participants travel from booth to booth, they can also get a checkmark on their game card and return the completed card to the Geekscape booth, to be entered for a daily grand prize draw. All entries must be submitted at least one hour prior to the show floor closing that day. Winners will be randomly selected daily Thursday-Sunday, with entries rolling over into subsequent days, increasing the chances to win. You could walk away with prizes like a White Ash Hardcover, a Power Rangers backpack and exclusive variant cover, a Justice League wooden jigsaw puzzle, MEGA Pokemon and Halo sets, as well as Deadpool and Spider-man figs.

DOOR PRIZES

In addition to the daily draws, the first few attendees who actively purchase from these shops may receive on-the-spot door prizes such as capsule toys, buttons, and slap bracelets.

BONUS PRIZES

More significant bonus prizes could be given to you if you shop the booth, with items like capybara plushies or brick sets like Jujutsu Kaisen, Godzilla, Totoro and a Pokemon Training Center.
