Minecraft Reveals Exclusives, Plans for First San Diego Comic-Con

This year marks a significant milestone for Minecraft, the beloved video game and media franchise, in which millions of players around the world use their imagination and skills to create a three-dimensional world.

To celebrate, they are making their inaugural appearance at San Diego Comic-Con, and they’re bringing fans what’s sure to be one of the buzziest booths on the show floor, with pixel-perfect exclusives (including one item we already know is going to jump to the top of most attendees’ must-have list), an immersive booth, and daily giveaways. They’ve partnered up with the good people of Toddland, who are experts at crafting lasting relationships with fans and creating quality, fan-favorite merchandise.

You’ll find them on the show floor at the Minecraft Booth #435, designed to immerse fans in the game’s world, featuring dynamic video walls that transition from in-game day to night, setting the perfect backdrop for epic photo ops. A life-sized Minecraft pig stands ready for fan selfies as well.

Adventurers can also collect a series of six collectible buttons, mining a new one each day of the con, with bonus buttons for those capturing memories at the booth or picking up gear online or at the booth. There will also be a button card.

The biggest thing happening at the booth this year though, are their exclusives — including the ultra-rare Ender Dragon YouTooz, which includes an Ender Dragon DLC. This is only available at San Diego Comic-Con Booth #435, and each purchase of the exclusive also grants the player a DLC for exclusive Ender Game DLC Wings in the game. It’s limited to only 500 pieces, will be available for $30 each, and is sure to be one of the hottest exclusives on the show floor (and in the entire Minecraft universe).
