It’s never too early for San Diego Comic-Con offsite news — and Paramount+ is once again the first of the larger offsites to confirm their attendance at the con. Their popular “The Lodge”, an immersive experience combining several fandoms and properties, will be returning to the convention in 2025.
ADWEEK confirmed the news, with The Lodge kicking off a tour that includes stops at Lake Tahoe (Feb 28-March 2), SXSW in Austin (March 7-10), Steamboat Springs, Colorado (March 21-25), and finally San Diego Comic-Con (July 23-27).
Each stop will feature “regional touches”, meaning that it won’t be the exact same experience for each stop. There’s no word on which fandoms will make it to San Diego comic-Con, but the 2025 iteration will feature a 1923-inspired saloon, a SpongeBob SquarePants Jellyfish Fields, Dora the Explorer‘s rainforest, Paw Patrol‘s Adventure Bay, a Survivor interactive Tribal Council experience, and a Yellowjackets campsite. Not all of those experiences may be heading to San Diego Comic-Con specifically, though.
Given the recent news that Avatar: The Last Airbender will be getting immersive experiences at the con, it also seems a safe bet to be included in some way.
