As WonderCon 2025 rapidly approaches, we’re gearing up for a powerhouse of panels and creators spanning comics, art, and pop culture. Maybe you’re into the legendary mythology of Taylor Swift. Maybe you’re into Artist Alley and want to see what artists like Patrick Ballesteros and Adam Dalton Blake are bringing. Maybe you’re into autographs. Maybe you’re into panels. Whatever you’re into, there’s going to be something for everyone at this year’s event.

- What do Taylor Swift, Dungeons & Dragons, and WonderCon have in common? Legend of Taylore, a D&D play podcast based on the works and lore of Taylor Swift, is heading to WonderCon. We’re already ready to shake it off with them, but we’ll leave a blank space in our schedule until we get more details.

- Panel confirmations went out and we’ve had lots of news, starting with Young Indy Pod, who will be hosting the “Young Indy to Young Ani: How the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles Paved the Way for the Star Wars Prequels” on Saturday, March 29.

- Gary Sassaman, former Director for several departments at Comic-Con including Director of Programming (2000-2007), Director of Print and Publications (2007-2012), and Director of Print and Digital Media (2012-2021), is back at WonderCon with another iteration of his “Tales From My Spinner Rack LIVE!”. This year’s iteration will see Gary and special guest Mark Evanier diving into “The World’s Greatest Comics Machine!”, which will feature the “first steps” of the Fantastic Four comic book series by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Stay tuned for full details on when and where the panel will be taking place (or head over to Mark Evanier’s blog).
- Alexander “Monstar” Raymond, of Monstar Horror Universe, will also be heading back to the con, where he’ll be speaking on how to create a greater awareness of your project and attain media placement. Stop by on Saturday, March 29 at 5:30pm in Room 208 for all the details in the “How to Get News” panel.

- The doctor(s) will see you now. Join medical experts on “The Medicine of Michael Bay” panel on Friday, March 28 at 8:30pm in Room 208, where they’ll be diving deep into the medical science behind Armageddon, The Rock, Ambulance, and possibly toe thumbs.
- Calling all educators! Join Jewyl Alderson, Mike Cruz, and Ella “Dizzy” Rogosin on Saturday, March 29 at 11am in Room 213CD for “Engaging Students with Comics in the Classroom“.
- Squirrel Girl to the rescue! Artist Nikkia Brego showed off her piece of the Marvel Rivals themed artist collector cards. Be sure to stop by all booths to collect them all — and find the full list here.
- Where’s Waldo? Well, we’re not sure, but we’re having fun spotting all the superheroes in artist Adam Dalton Blake’s posters, which will be heading to WonderCon next month.

- Comic artist and illustrator DAF Daniele Afferni is hitting the road this year, including stops at WonderCon and San Diego Comic-Con.
- Let’s hear it for late-stage capitalism! Artist ChaiBee showed off their Riot Slaps, debuting at WonderCon.
- Actress Leilani Shiu, best known for portraying Teeka the Jawa in The Mandalorian, will be making a special appearance at Booth #1081 all weekend long at Mr. Ed’s Pop-Up. Be sure to stop by to get an autograph or selfie.
- Artist Jeprox showed off new Skull Thumper 2.0 acrylic pins, which will be available at WonderCon.
