If there’s one thing San Diego Comic-Con attendees love, it’s a party. If there’s another thing we love, it’s collectibles — which is why we’re excited that Thrilljoy, the collectibles company co-founded by former Funko CEO Brian Mariotti, will be bringing “The Block Party” to San Diego Comic-Con this summer, as announced by DisTrackers on Twitter.
While details are scarce, the company announced during its WonderCon panel today that it will be hosting a party at the con on Friday, July 25, with more details still TBA.
At WonderCon this year, the company hosted a one-day pop-up to give fans a chance to shop and connect with fellow collectors, with a special Happy Hour also taking place. The San Diego Comic-Con event sounds potentially larger in scale.
