Remaining San Diego Comic-Con 2025 Hotels Go Live on April 24

While we wait impatiently for the results of the Downtown Hotel Sale (emails will be sent on Monday, April 14 for those who received a placement, and Tuesday, April 15 for those who did not) — it’s also time to set your calendars for the third and final San Diego Comic-Con hotel event.

The General Housing Sale (which was the former name for Hotelpocalypse, but now refers to the final sale — not confusing at all) features live inventory of any remaining hotels, including both downtown and non-downtown. That sale is set to launch on Thursday, April 24.

Because this is live inventory, the hotels — particularly downtown — will go fast. The good news is that in the past, inventory has continued to be added all the way up until the con, so just because something sells out doesn’t mean it’s gone forever.

Our best recommendation is to make sure you’re following @sdccHotelTrackr on Twitter. New and sold out inventory is automatically shared in real time, making securing the room you need easier. We also have a guide to checking the specific hotel you need here.
