This year, in an effort to feature more attendees, rather than featuring just one per week — we’re featuring lots of you! We’ll have a new question each week, so be sure to keep an eye on our social media channels for each week’s question. Without further ado let’s get into this weeks question:

Two of my favorite purchases so far are my WandaVision pin from 2022 Comic-Con. I have my pin on my lanyard for work. My other favorite purchases is usually the Misfits shirts that Yesterdays tend to sell. When you buy the Comic-Con exclusive shirt, it comes with a cool collectible card, that I will usually give to my friend for his birthday.

My most favorite thing that I’ve ever purchased has got to be the Han Solo Gold Sabacc Dice from 2018. I heard they were gonna be on sale that year and I was determined to get them. The first thing I did once I got home was open up the package and PROUDLY display them in my car. They have moved through 3 cars over the last 8 years and I have no desire to retire them.

If I had to choose my favorite Comic-Con item I’ve ever bought, I would have to say it goes back to 2019. Funko had started doing the lotto system and I had struck out so it was up to me to try and find what I was looking for on my own. I spent five days walking up and down the convention center floor multiple times to find my “must have” item until I came across a booth that had what I was looking for; the Big Bang Theory Funko set of the cast dressed as DC Characters. This nice old lady was selling them and I told her I had to have them. She was more than willing to part with them and I told her that she made my con because I was desperately trying to find them. I had a good Comic-Con but being able to get them on the last day made my convention experience that much better.

My favorite (and most expensive) purchase at SDCC was the two Alex Ross prints, Cups and Cap.

Fav Item: Iron Man Promo (Dog Toy) from Petco.
We couldn’t let the readers have all the fun, so some of the team here at the Unofficial Blog wanted to get in on the action as well. Let’s see who some of their favorites are.

Look, my actual answer is “a hoodie for something I’ve never even heard of that I way overpaid for” solely because it was freezing in Ballroom 20 and I was miserable, so I ran down finally to grab something and it was literally the only hoodie I could quickly find. But let’s go with these amazing Comic-Con pieces of artwork by Victoria Ying and Michael Yamada. I change my artwork on my walls relatively often, but these two have been a mainstay since I first purchased them (don’t mock my terrible framing job here).

Back in the days of pre-Funko Mondo, getting their SDCC prints was an all-day affair. As soon as you were done waiting to buy one, it was time for another drop. I got a lot of great prints from them over the years but the 2014 Pan’s Labyrinth print signed by both the artist Jock and the writer/director Guillermo del Toro still rates as one of my greatest pick-ups.

Thank you to all our readers for all the great replies to this week’s question!
