Paramount+ is leveling up its fan engagement just in time for San Diego Comic-Con with the debut of Nerd Out, a new social media campaign focused on fandom, with an activation at the con. As revealed by Collider, the campaign is officially launching today across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and is designed to celebrate the most beloved characters and franchises under the Paramount umbrella — from Star Trek to SpongeBob — with exclusive content, fan contests, and behind-the-scenes moments.
At San Diego Comic-Con, Paramount+ will be hosting a Nerd Out activation on the lawn outside the Omni Hotel. Open from Thursday, July 24 – Saturday, July 26 from 10am-6pm daily, fans will be able to stop by to “nerd out” in person under a tented space with DIY stations, themed games, giveaways, contests, and franchise-themed installations that spotlight the icons of Paramount+. There are no badges required, and it is open to the general public.
