Kevin Smith Teases San Diego Comic-Con 2026 Live Shows & Signings

Writer, director, actor, podcaster, and all-around funnyman Kevin Smith is heading back to San Diego Comic-Con in 2026.

On a recent episode of his Fat Man Beyond podcast with co-host Marc Bernardin, Smith confirmed that he will be returning to the convention this summer for a series of live shows at the American Comedy Co. in the Gaslamp, including Fat Man Beyond, Hollywood Babble-On, and Jay & Silent Bob Get Old. Tickets will “probably” go on sale next month, which would be sometime in April.

They are also planning a live script reading, though additional details are still to be announced.

In addition, Smith said that he will be doing signings for his upcoming Jay & Silent Bob: Jays of Future Past, a Marvel Comics crossover event hitting shelves in June. The one-shot was written by Smith and drawn by Giuseppe Camuncoli, and features the two unlikely heroes crossing paths with the Fantastic Four, Avengers, and X-Men after Doctor Doom decrees that these Jersey guys must die.

It’s unclear if the signings would be at the Marvel booth or elsewhere, but we’ll keep you posted on more details as they become available.

Stay tuned for more official announcements, snoochie boochies.
