WonderPost 2026: Paul Castro, Jr., Scott Hattox, Scott Sigler, Jeff Victor Jeff Pina, Jeff Dekal

Blah-blah-blah, one day closer to WonderCon 2026. You’ve read these before, right? Of course you have; you’re a UBlog reader and therefore highly intelligent and extremely well prepared for WonderCon this year. In that case, let’s get you to the news.

Here’s a look at what you might have missed:

  • If your cartoon-watching years were shaped by deadpan teens, football-headed kids, cartoon himbos, and absorbent yellow sea creatures, this WonderCon panel is calling out for you to not change the channel. “The Characters That Raised Us: Creators of 90s Animation” brings together Susie Lewis (co-creator of Daria), Van Partible (creator of Johnny Bravo), Craig Bartlett (creator of Hey Arnold!), and Derek Drymon (director of SpongeBob SquarePants) for a conversation about creating some of the most formative animated characters of the era. The panel takes place on Saturday, March 28 at 1pm in Room 206B, and sounds like a must for anyone who grew up on ‘90s animation.

  • What’s life without a little whimsy? That’s a question you can ponder with Mermaid Vexa from Whimsy and Doodles while you admire her whimsical sticker drop at Artist Alley #E-54 during WonderCon this year.

  • If you’re a fan of Beyblade X, Star Trek: Khan, Dragon Ball Daima, or any of Paul Castro Jr.’s work, he’d love to meet you at Booth #1301 on Sunday, March 29 while you’re at WonderCon.

  • You can also meet voice actor Kyle McCarley from Mob Psycho 100, Demon Slayer, The Summer Hikaru Died, and more at Booth #1301 on Sunday, March 29.

  • Artist Scott Hattox is diving into the DERPY world of K-Pop: Demon Hunters for WonderCon 2026. Find his DERP! at Booth #1019 (and maybe take it home with you).

  • It’s kind of how a lot of us are feeling lately. If you think Alyssa Cooper’s modern spin on Duck Tales works just as well as I do as a statement on current affairs, you’ll want to swing by Artist Alley #B-16 during WonderCon 2026 to snag a print and/or sticker. Sorry, Uncle Scrooge.

  • Did I say we wouldn’t have any more Jeff Pina prints in our WonderPosts? Well, I lied. Or, more accurately, Pina got a last-minute shipment in for his Loss of Signal Vol. 2 prints just in time for WonderCon this year. The bad news? Only nine of them made it, so walk really fast (no running) to Artists’ Alley #C-59 to get one. If you happen to get the seventh print, I insist you refer to it as “Seven of Nine.”

  • We’re not done with announcements from Jeff Pina. He’s swinging into #C-59 with his hand-drawn Spider-Man ’94 sketch cover. Does he have web shooters, or do they come out of his wrists?

  • OK, I really lied when I said there was no more Jeff Pina coming, because we have one more announcement, this time for his hand-drawn Green Lantern sketch cover he’ll have at (you guessed it) #C-59. The “Green” in “Green Lantern” is definitely not stupid.

  • No, she doesn’t fight crime for the Los Angeles Rams (but she can make you think she does). Look for freelance illustrator Jeff Dekal’s 9″x12″ watercolor/gouache/colored pencil Jean Grey piece at Artist Alley Table #A-10 during WonderCon this year.

  • Checking in to the Hazbin Hotel? Artist Daisy L. from Daisita’s Designs has some Hazbin-themed merch for you at Artist Alley Table #L-03. Completely unrelated, but William Shatner released an album called “Has Been” in 2004, and it’s everything you want a William Shatner album to be.

  • You don’t think the Swifties at Legend of Taylore D&D Podcast would come into their WonderCon 2026 Era without bracelets, do you? Meet them outside North 153 at 2pm PT on Sunday, March 29 to get all the tea on their second season (and, of course, bracelets).

  • Artist Eva Andrews shared a beautiful print she’ll have available at Artist Alley #E-16 during WonderCon this year. I don’t have a corny pun for this; I just think it’s absolutely gorgeous.

  • Illustrator Jamie Sullivan is whooping it GUNDAM-style at Artist Alley #C-12 with five original Mobile Suit Gundam pieces at WonderCon this year.

  • Illustrator Leanne Huynh shared the adorable third and final piece in her Mario Kart triptych she’ll have at WonderCon 2026 Artist Alley #A-32.

  • Author April Adams will be at her Drawing the Dragon Booth #1223 throughout the weekend during WonderCon 2026 signing copies of her books and chatting with her fans. Find her full schedule in the graphic below.

  • But the Peanuts love doesn’t end there, as Basia Tluchak is celebrating a mash-up of the coolest of Snoopy’s alter-egos, mashed up with Djo, for the ultimate cool musician: Djo Cool. You can pick up this rockin’ sticker sheet at #A-27 in Artist Alley. Do you think he and Woodstock play in Charlie’s Garden?

  • Roll on over to #2087 where Kraken Dice will reign. You’ll find all kind of bounty, including unreleased dice sets, out of stock dice sets, and more — and best of all, you’ll also find special convention pricing, like a buy three get one free on all dice market products.

  • Scott Sigler is a triple threat — he’s a #1 New York Times bestselling horror and sci-fi author, the bassist and singer for Superweapon, and a WonderCon attendee. You’ll find him throughout the weekend at panels, at the “Sigler Junkie Meet-Up” on Saturday at 9pm at Lopez & Left’s (1759 S Claudina Way), and at a TBA signing on Sunday from 3pm-4pm.

  • Buzz on over to #D-05 in Artist Alley where you’ll find Penelope “Peng Peng” Gaylord. Mabuhay Jollibee with these adorable new stickers heading to her booth.

  • Are you reelin’ in the years? Stow away the time to hit up #SP-69 in Small Press, where you’ll find artist Jeff Victor and his “Decades” illustrations. Each print celebrates the best pop culture of each decade, from the 1980’s to our current 2020’s.

  • Who ya gonna call? The Los Angeles Ghostbusters are hosting a Charity Raffle during WonderCon at Booth #1190, to benefit the Starlight Children’s Foundation. Raffle tickets start at just $5, and get you a spin on the prize wheel as well.

  • Celebrate the Happiest Place on Earth with artist Sherry Lou Studio’s adorable new vinyl stickers. Which land is your favorite? Let her know and pick up your favorite(s) at #B-64.
