KAYOU is making a big first impression at San Diego Comic-Con. The global trading card company, whose licenses include KPop Demon Hunters, My Little Pony, Naruto, tokidoki, and more, is hitting the convention with a booth on the show floor, a major free activation at the Interactive Zone at Petco Park, and a fan meetup.

KAYOU and BOOM! Studios are teaming up for a special San Diego Comic-Con exclusive My Little Pony comic book cover trading cards. Each member of the Mane 6 (Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Rarity) will be getting her own card, and collecting all six creates one panoramic scene across Equestria.
Fans can pick up the cards at KAYOU Booth #4934, in an SDCC exclusive blind bag at BOOM! Studios Booth #2229 (which includes a BOOM! comic cover, its matching KAYOU card, and two additional random cards), or at the KAYOU Interactive Zone at Petco Park.

The centerpiece of KAYOU’s debut is its Fan Destination at the Interactive Zone at Petco Park, where collectors can pretty much do it all: shop, rip packs, trade, meet talent, get cards signed and graded, create their own custom cards, and explore larger-than-life displays dedicated to some of KAYOU’s biggest fandoms.
One of the biggest draws will be a pair of meet and greets. tokidoki co-founder and artist Simone Legno will sign on Thursday, July 23 from 12pm-2pm. The signing is limited to 200 fans, with each receiving an SDCC-exclusive tokidoki Stellina PR card to be signed. For Legno’s signing, bracelets will be available beginning at 11am at the Walls of Fandom check-in counter. Then on Sunday, July 26 from 12pm-2pm, My Little Pony voice actor Andrea Libman, the voice of Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy, will meet fans. That signing is limited to 100 attendees, who will receive either a Pinkie Pie or Fluttershy card to be signed. Both are first-come, first-served, with one autographed card per person.
KAYOU has also teamed up with TAG (Technical Authentication & Grading) to bring professional card grading directly to the activation. Fans can have KAYOU cards or other collectible trading cards graded with same-day, next-day, or end-of-show pickup options, while the first 20 customers each day will receive 50% off grading for a KAYOU card. Fans who score one of the limited autographed cards can also use TAG Witness to preserve and authenticate the signing.
And if you’d rather be on the card yourself, a special KAYOU x TAG photo experience will transform fans into SDCC-exclusive custom trading cards featuring My Little Pony’s Mane 6 or characters from KPop Demon Hunters, including HUNTR/X and the Saja Boys. The first 50 customers each day will receive 50% off their custom card.
Fans can also explore the KAYOU Walls of Fandom, featuring immersive displays and photo opportunities inspired by KPop Demon Hunters, My Little Pony, Naruto, and tokidoki; check out fan creations in the Superfan Art Showcase; record their best pack-opening reactions at The Rip Stop; shop the KAYOU Official Store; and pull up a chair to trade with fellow collectors in the KAYOU Trade Zone.
Inside the San Diego Convention Center, KAYOU products will also be available at The Shumi Company’s Booth #4934.
Meanwhile, Tito Rick’s Garage on Imperial Avenue will host a fan meetup on Friday, July 24 from 5pm-9pm, as well as trading sessions, and learn-to-play demonstrations for the My Little Pony Trading Card Game, creating a dedicated gathering place for collectors throughout the weekend. Connecting all three locations is the SDCC-exclusive KAYOU Superfan Passport. Fans can pick one up at any stop, collect stamps as they visit each location, and earn exclusive rewards while supplies last.
