Under the Tents 2026: Joey Chou, Stage Tour, Bryce Kho, Calico Critters

I’m not scheduled to do an Under the Tents post for another few days but honestly, Kara and the team found so much stuff in the last 12 hours that our list of links was making me nervous. So, here I am, whipping up another edition before I get a case of angina.

But, it’s gonna have to be a rapid-fire, sped up version of Under the Tents. No nonsense! Or, very little nonsense. Maybe just a smidgen of nonsense. But not a single iota more.

Ready….set…GO!

  • Stage Tour has been teasing their appearance at the con and now they have announced that a specially made one-shot comic will debut at the show. You can pick up a copy at either their booth, #2834, or the Dark Horse Comics booth, #2615.

  • Artist Saint Yak has a pair of San Diego Comic-Con exclusive covers for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The tags indicate Knight of Comics and Premium Collectible, Booth #329, are where to score them.

  • The creations from artist John Tyler Christopher are always something to behold. This Batman piece has a date with destiny, and by “destiny” I mean San Diego Comic-Con. Find it at booth #4714/4712.

  • Comic book cover artist Sozomaika will be appearing at the Happy Comics Booth #529 during Comic-Con. We hope this makes you…er…uh…happy?

  • I watched these little videos of Bryce Kho’s shiny foil-y prints so many times, they are mesmerizing. Bryce has a whole lot that he’s bringing to Comic-Con. A Dungeon Crawler Carl print, free tote bag with $100 purchase, that glorious Pokemon print we showed you a while back, and much more. Remember to swing by Booth #1935.

  • Luffy and Loki from One Piece are the stars of this beautiful vertical print by Kehasuk. There will be two sizes to choose from at Booth #1536.

  • HiYa Toys is still keeping their SDCC exclusives close to their chest, but are offering an on-site gift when you participate in their “pose and play” at the counter.

  • 🎶 “I’ve gotta get to Booth #323… if I wanna see the BEES! 323! It’s where the bees will beeeeee!”🎶 That’s the song I made up so I could remember that Calico Critters are at Booth #323 and they will have their beeee-utiful new bee-inspired figures, plus a lot more.
  • Artist Jed Henry is debuting two brand new pins at SDCC and they really do make a lovely couple, don’t they? They might be the Taylor and Travis of SDCC. 🎶Booth SIX-OH-SIX! That’s where you’ll get your kicks! 606! For cool dragon tricks! 🎶
  • Johnny Parker II will be premiering his brand new graphic novel, Broken, at Comic-Con. It’s a 100-page fully original story and will be $10 with a bonus sticker. But wait! It’s limited to 50 copies, so don’t dilly-dally!  🎶 Small Press N-14! Where Broken hits the scene! N-14! Johnny Parker is really keen! 🎶
  • A few more reveals from creative super-genius and man-who-can-do-no-wrong-with-cardboard-and-a-black-marker Rhode Montijo. A cutie trinket dish for all your tiny spooky will be available, as well as this nifty key chain with pumpkin spice ghosty vibes, both at #1329. 🎶 ONE THREE TWO NINE! Rhode’s got the booth looking FINE! ONE! TWO! THREE THEN NINE! Go see Rhode, make some time! 🎶
  • Devon Devereaux collaborated with booth neighbor Chris Sanders on this spooky-but-sweet print, “Stitch’s Creepy Tiki Adventure.” They will be selling the print at Booth #4614. 🎶 Got an itch! For Tiki Stitch! Get on the floor! To Booth #4-6-1-4! 🎶 ANEM! I think that’s probably enough of my singing…FOR NOW.

  • SuperX Apparel will be putting Star Wars fans though the gauntlet during San Diego Comic-Con. The fitness brand, who will be in the Lucas Pavilion at #2913, will have Star Wars inspired fitness challenges, massive giveaways and very special Comic-Con discounts. Not like SDCC is’t already a workout!
  • Artist Joey Chou has a dozen years under his belt since first debuting his Sailor Moon inner senshi fan art. This year, he is introducing Princess Serenity with the Silver Millennium for San Diego Comic-Con.
