It has been less than 5 years since UK-based creator Zoe Thorogood burst onto the comic book scene with her debut book The Impending Blindness Of Billie Scott, but it was her 2022 graphic novel memoir It’s Lonely at the Centre of the Earth that thrust her into the spotlight with two Eisner nominations, a Ringo Award for Best Graphic Novel and dozens of other accolades. Her honest and not always flattering depiction of depression, imposter syndrome, and the struggles of anxiety resonated with readers across the spectrum of genres.
For San Diego Comic-Con, for which Thorogood is a special guest, she will be appearing in Artist Alley at booth #II-13/14. Each day of the convention Thorogood will be signing books and selling her exclusives and original art for a two-hour window. Please make note of these times as they are the only times you’ll be able to purchase items or have items signed.
While no commissions or remarques will be available for this show, anything purchased at the table is signed for free and five personal items will also be signed for free, with a $5 charge for each after that. Witnessed signatures are $20 each.
