San Diego Comic-Con 2026 Badge Pick-Up Information

While badges have not shipped yet (and won’t until likely mid-June), you may already be thinking about getting your hands on your badge. And for many attendees, there are still a few reasons you might need to pick up your badge on-site rather than having it mailed. For those of you who that applies to, Comic-Con International has unveiled the badge pick-up information for 2026. International attendees who choose not to enter a domestic shipping address, or those who ultimately have their badge lost/stolen/any-other-reason will all need to pick up your badge at the San Diego Convention Center, upstairs in the Sails Pavilion. If your badge is truly lost or stolen (once it actually mails), make sure you also fill out the Undelivered Badge Form in your Member ID, so that they can turn off the RFID. Attendees can begin to pick-up their badges on Tuesday, July 21 for all badge types. Attendees, vendors, and retailers may pick up their badge in the Registration Area located upstairs in the Sails Pavilion of the San Diego Convention Center. Here’s a look at the pick-up times:
  • Tuesday, July 21: 1pm-5pm
  • Wednesday, July 22: 12pm-9pm
  • Thursday, July 23: 8:30am-7pm
  • Friday, July 24: 8:30am-7pm
  • Saturday, July 25: 8:30am-7pm
  • Sunday, July 26: 8:30am-5pm
Those with single-day badges can pick-up either on Tuesday, July 21, or starting at 3pm the day before their badge day (ie, if you only have a Sunday badge, you can pick-up on Saturday starting at 3pm), but again, you can also pick up on Tuesday, July 21. If you have multiple days, you can also collect all single-day badges at once beginning at the earliest pick-up time for you (ie, if you have a Friday and Sunday badge only, you can pick up on Thursday at 3pm). It’s worth noting that despite what this says, pick-up always starts a bit earlier than the listed time — so if you’re wondering, check out social media, or just swing by and ask. To pick up your badge, you’ll need your valid photo ID and barcode confirmation. You may not pick-up for others in your group. For those picking up, here’s where you can line up before doors: Do you have a Child (ages 12 and under) who will need a badge? Child badges are NOT registered in advance, but only on-site. You’ll want to head to the designated badge pick-up area, the Badge Solutions desk, or any of the Lobby RFID Help desks during registration times to complete this process. Children must be present to register for their badge, and emergency contact information must also be provided for any child.
