XLE Productions is returning to San Diego Comic-Con with another year of after-hours entertainment (the multi-year winner of our own Shruggie Awards for Best Party at SDCC). The fan-favorite event producer has become a staple of the SDCC nightlife scene, known for creating themed experiences that blend fandom, cosplay, music, and community.

As per tradition, this year’s line-up kicks off with Ready Party One on Wednesday, July 22 from 8pm-1:30am, the perfect way to kickstart your convention week. This year’s version takes inspiration from some of gaming’s most iconic fighting franchises. They’ll once again be taking over Parq Nightclub, where attendees can expect a clash of fire and ice, heroes and villains, and enough gaming nostalgia to make any arcade veteran feel right at home.

The fan-favorite 80’s tribute band the Flux Capacitors will once again be performing as well, along with 90’s tribute band Smashing 90s, and there’s even a new DJ entering the arena (with a focus on record scratching by LIGHTSABER and SO FRIGGIN COOL). Expect special guests and more surprises to be revealed soon.

Ready to level up your Preview Night? Early Bird tickets are available now; general admission is $30 and VIP tickets, which include an elevated sanctuary, exclusive activations, giveaways, an acrylic badge, complimentary sushi courtesy of Sushi On A Roll, and dedicated VIP experiences throughout the night, is $75.

Hurry though, those prices will rise to $40/general and $120/VIP soon.
