If your happy place is somewhere between a cozy bookshop, a magical forest, and a Studio Ghibli daydream, make sure Ginkgo House is on your San Diego Comic-Con shopping list. Los Angeles illustrator Josey Tsao has built a devoted following for her warm, whimsical artwork inspired by real and imagined places, with past work spanning Disney, Cartoon Network, Walt Disney Imagineering, and more.

This year, she’s returning to Booth #4519 with her Ginkgo House label, offering exclusives (including one print that just shot to the top of my “must buy” list), woven throws, and prints from the archives.

Her new San Diego Comic-Con exclusive, “Seaside City”, is possibly my favorite print of the year. I’ll always swoon over anything celebrating the actual convention itself, but what a beautiful tribute to that magical place we all love.
