Clarion Science Fiction & Fantasy Writer’s Masterclass

UC San Diego is offering free registered admission to the Clarion Science Fiction & Fantasy Writer’s Masterclass,  an immersive, day-long experience exploring the craft and power of speculative fiction.  The event takes place on Tuesday, July 21 from 9am – 5pm at The Loft, 3151 Matthews Lane in La Jolla.

Attendees will have a chance to learn the fundamentals of speculative fiction from faculty and recent alumni of the selective Clarion Writers’ Workshop.

Clarion instructors include: T.K. Rex (The Wildcraft Drones), Sumayyah Beck (Airrelle of the Maroon Witches) and Keynote Speaker Abbey Mei Otis (Alien Virus Love Disaster).
