Though at times this year’s San Diego Comic-Con has felt like a parade of “no, that movie studio isn’t coming either” – one film that will be attending the convention is CBS Films/eOne Entertainment’s Scary Stories in the Dark. Sort of. And they’re bringing fan favorite Guillermo del Toro along for the ride.
Deadline reports that a panel is set for Saturday, July 20 – presumably in Hall H – featuring del Toro and Scary Stories in the Dark director André Øvredal, to offer a “master class on scary storytelling”. Presumably you’ll get some new info on Scary Stories ahead of its August 9 release date, as well as hopefully some fun anecdotes and lessons from the two greats.
