Disney Television Studios San Diego Comic-Con 2022 Panels Announced

ABC, Disney Branded Television, Disney Television Animation, Disney Television Studios, Disney+, FX and Hulu are taking over San Diego Comic-Con again this year, with a massive eighteen panels for nineteen fan-favorite series.

For ABC, you’ll find panels for Abbott Elementary and the expansion of The Rookie universe with a panel featuring Nathan Fillion and Niecy Nash-Betts.

FX will be sinking its fangs into the con with panels for What We Do In the Shadows (which, interestingly, lists Natasia Dmetriou as being on the panel, though yesterday an outlet mentioned she wouldn’t be, so we’re not sure on that), which is getting a MAJOR room upgrade all the way to Hall H. They’ll also be bringing Mayans M.C.Archer, and their upcoming Little Demon.

Disney+ fans can look forward to a look inside the upcoming series for National Treasure.

Animation will again dominate at the con with panels for American Dad!ArcherBob’s BurgersThe Great NorthThe SimpsonsSolar OppositesFamily Guy, and new series Koala Man.

The Orville will also be returning to San Diego Comic-Con, and Disney Channel’s upcoming series Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil DinosaurHamster & Gretel will also be heading to the con. The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder will also be making its con debut.

THURSDAY, JULY 21

10:45-11:45 a.m. – NATHAN FILLION AND NIECY NASH-BETTS PRESENT ABC’S “THE ROOKIE” AND “THE ROOKIE: FEDS”  Nathan Fillion (“Castle,” “Firefly”) and Niecy Nash-Betts (“Claws,” “Reno 9-1-1”) join executive producers Alexi Hawley and Terence Paul Winter to discuss how worlds will collide when “The Rookie” franchise expands with “The Rookie: Feds,” coming to ABC this fall.
