WonderPost 2023: Gabby Ramirez, Dillinger Escape Plan, Power Morphicon

Good morning WonderCon friends and family! It’s been a wild 24 hours, with Exclusive Portal e-mails going out and dozens of vendors and exhibitors posting about all the fantastic things they have in store for you this weekend. Check out the Over the Garden Wall enamel pin, the Real Ghostbusters stickers and the Scream Ghostface watercolor, plus much more.

Let’s take a look at the news you might have missed:

  • Funko’s Mike Becker has been dropping hints about what attendees can expect at WonderCon, including what looks to be some Fun House themed items. Those look like enamel pins to me, how about you?
  • And while we’re taking about Funko, they were sure to remind WonderCon attendees that they will be having special guests on their panel, Saturday March 24 at 5:00pm at the Arena.

  • Fans of the band Dillinger Escape Plan should make a beeline for the Sumerian Comics booth at WonderCon for all the details regarding One Of Us Is The Killer, a new graphic novel inspired by the band’s 2013 album. Band member Ben Weinman will be signing a 22-page preview of the book on Sunday, March 26 at booth #1501.

  • With a Blue Beetle movie on the horizon artist Kristian Hans Horn, the “PartTimeFanboy” took the opportunity to make a Blue Beetle print. Artist Alley #D-59 is where you’ll be able to find this and everything else Horn has to offer.

Signed books make the most wonderful gifts (especially for yourself!) and we think this one is worth adding to your library.
