Badges for WonderCon Anaheim 2024 began shipping last week — which means that they have officially started arriving in (some) mailboxes.
Illustrator, graphic novelist, and educator J. Schiek showed off his badge today, and for the first time in recent memory, there is no entertainment sponsor. Instead, the badge simply features the Comic-Con Museum logo and a QR code to their website.
As a reminder, when you receive your badge, we strongly recommend obscuring or covering your name on the badge. In the past, unscrupulous individuals have stolen photos from online with names and used them to re-sell badges (which is a big no-no for Comic-Con International conventions) — and if your photo is stolen, you could be the one banned, with no recourse.
So don’t risk it, and hide your name on your badge.
