WonderCon Anaheim 2025 Badge Pick-Up

Badge pick-up for WonderCon Anaheim 2025 will again be in Hall D of the Anaheim Convention Center, for all badge types except Exhibitors (who will pick up in Hall A).

You’ll be able to pick-up your badge starting on Thursday, March 27 for any and all badge days. Here’s a look at the schedule:

And hours are as follows:

  • Thursday, March 27: 12pm-7pm
  • Friday, March 28: 10am-7pm
  • Saturday, March 29: 8:30am-7pm
  • Sunday, March 30: 8:30am-5pm

Next-day badge pick-up is available after 3pm daily starting Friday, March 28 — meaning if you have a Saturday-only badge, you can pick up on Friday beginning at 3pm, etc. Or, again, you can also pick up on Thursday.

Attendees will look for thered  colored banner that says “Attendee Badge Pick-Up”, and Industry (Professionals, Press, and Program Participants) will look for the blue banner that says “Industry Badge Pick-Up”.

For those looking to purchase a badge still, you’ll be able to purchase one on-site. Simply head to the green banner that says “Attendee Badge Sales”.

To pick up your bags, books, and lanyards, look for the purple banner that will also be marked.
