We are just days away from WonderCon Anaheim 2025 at this point — 11, for those keeping track at home — and there’s still plenty of exciting announcements to come. We’ve got updates for you today on Disney legends, opportunities to volunteer and support charity, a cat-themed stamp rally, and some amazing artwork from amazing artists.
Let’s take a look at the news you might have missed:
- Artist Nate Lovett has been busy sketching away on new covers for WonderCon. Head to #E-22 to claim your favorite.
Finally finishing up some sketch covers, I started a few months ago, to bring to @wondercon with me next week!

- Shiny! The Browncoats are looking for some volunteers to help them out at WonderCon — so if you’re a fan of Firefly and already have a badge to the con, you can fill out the application online.
Our volunteer form is up! We're looking for some loyal Browncoats to help out at the booth. Must have your own badge to #wondercon, we don't provide badges! https://t.co/RufhJaZsDX

- But that’s not all! The Browncoats are also looking for some Big Damn Heroes, to help them in their support of Feed the Streets LA and the Pasadena Humane Society. Simply stop by Booth #889, where you can buy merch, play the charity chopstick game, and enter their prize drawing, in support of both human and animal victims of the LA wildfires.
Wanna be a big damn hero? Visit us at #WonderCon to support @pasadenahumane & @feedthestreets_la, two orgs that continue to aid human and animal victims of the LA wildfires. We will have MERCH, CHOPSTICK GAME and PRIZE DRAWINGS to benefit their good works. #browncoats #forcharity pic.twitter.com/Zm20OZNcNC

- The legendary Bob Gurr — the creative force behind many of Disneyland’s most beloved ride vehicles, including the Monorail, Autopia, Matterhorn Bobsleds, and the Doom Buggies of the Haunted Mansion — is heading back to WonderCon to sign autographs, thanks to Fandom Productions. You’ll find him at Booth #266, where autographs will be available for $30 (or $40 for Premium items, including toys and collectibles). You can find more information online. Tony Anselmo, the voice of Donald Duck, will also be in attendance.
- Put your claws up for some exciting new original artwork from The Jinja Ninja, heading to WonderCon Booth #2210. You can pick up these pieces at the con, including Venom, Swamp Thing, and Wolverine.
I'm still working on some original art to take to @WonderCon in Anaheim, coming up this month from the 28 to 30. I did three monotypes today, including this Venom one. I'm going to add some colors to the other two and post those later. Enjoy this one in the meantime! And again,… pic.twitter.com/AYFAZV2rP5

The second of three monotypes that I worked on yesterday. This is the first time that I've ever done a Swamp Thing illustration. Expect more of him in the future! pic.twitter.com/XL8AOSYLSQ

The last of the three monotypes that I worked on last night. I decided to keep this one in black and white. It seemed that color would take away from the strength of the picture. If you wanna see this in person, head out to @WonderCon and visit my booth, 2210! Hope to see you… pic.twitter.com/Di1OJJyvaE
