We’re cautiously optimistic that the WonderCon exhibitor map might be out this week, which means we’ll get a full look at the show floor and everything it entails. But until then, we have plenty of news to tide you over — including Patrick Ballesteros original minis, comics legends, Alien prints, stickers, commissions, and more.
Here’s a look at the news you might have missed:
- It will still be a few more weeks before the get the full WonderCon panel schedule (keep your eyes peeled for March 20 or 27), but cosplayer Shawn Richter shared that his Avengers Initiative Presents Marvel Cosplaying with the West Coast Avengers panel returns for 2020.

- You can also look forward to the How to Get Press Coverage panel for small press publishers, which features several journalists and bloggers as they discuss how to get coverage. Catch the panel on Saturday, April 11 from 10AM-11AM.
- Animated series S.A.L.E.M. will also be hosting a panel, on Friday, April 10 in North 200A from 5PM-6PM. Join voice actors, the creator, and more for your first look.

- We’ve got some bad news for fans of Superman: Rebirth writer Patrick Gleason. Unfortunately, he told a fan that he won’t be making it out to the convention this year.

- Looking for commissions at WonderCon? Lorenzo Sperlonga revealed that his commission lists are now open for both WonderCon AND San Diego Comic-Con.
- Artist and cartoonist Jeff Pina will also be opening up commissions for WonderCon soon, so be sure to keep an eye on his social for more info.
- Artist Adam Hughes has several conventions planned for 2020, but WonderCon and San Diego Comic-Con both made the cut.
- Orlando-based artist Bryan Bindman also has a few conventions on his schedule this year, including WonderCon.
- If you love free shiny stuff (and let’s be real, who doesn’t?), be sure to hit up Arcane Agenda at WonderCon where they’ll be giving away these chrome foil silkscreened stickers.
- You can also catch Spencer and Locke writer David Pepose at WonderCon this spring.
