Abbott Elementary “New Teacher Dis-Orientation”

Thanks to TV Guide, we now know that school will be in session for Abbott Elementary fans at San Diego Comic-Con in an immersive fan experience, “New Teacher Dis-Orientation”. Fans will roam the halls of Abbott Elementary, where they can visit set recreations and earn their own staff credentials. Sets include Principal Ava’s desk and Janine’s classroom. Attending “students” will have the opportunity to donate to real teachers in need through curated Scholastic wish lists. TV Guide’s illustrated cover art, by Cora Jaeschke, will be featured in the hallway alongside the original art that was submitted by fans during the Abbott Elementary Fan Art Contest. The experience will also feature screenings of fan-favorite episodes, live performances, including a professional step dance crew and a double dutch rope team, plus giveaways, and more. School starts Thursday, July 21 in front of the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.
